Liability and Limitations

1. All services and reports are provided for our named Client only.
2. We shall undertake the services with reasonable care, skill and diligence, but we shall have no responsibility or liability whatsoever except insofar as the Client suffers loss or damage in consequence of our negligence, gross negligence or my our fault.
3. The Client is responsible for all charges for boat movements, slipping, docking, removals, replacements and reinstatement work arising in preparation for and the process of the survey.
4. Our liability shall expire 12 months after completion of the survey.
5. We shall not be liable in respect of any breach of our obligations for any loss, damage, delay or expense of whatever nature whether direct or indirect (including but not limited to consequential or economic loss, loss of profit and loss of use).
6. Under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the fees payable for the survey.
7. All survey work undertaken shall be on terms that, unless otherwise stated in writing, no guarantee is given against faulty design, latent defects or of suitability of the vessel.
8. Valuations are based on opinions only and are not representations of fact, nor do they carry with them any guarantee of the particulars or information on which our opinions are based.

I have read the above Liability and Limitations section and accept the surveyor to proceed in the inspection of our vessel.

A signature will also be requested on site during your inspection.
